Only QVL provides the FirstFill Guarantee for all your hard-to-find medications. QVL's FirstFill Guarantee is specifically designed for patients suffering from diseases/conditions and pain that are cured or treated with specialty medications.
QVL Pharmacy is confident that you will be fully satisfied with QVL's patient services and ability to fill your hard-to-find, specialty prescriptions. If for any reason your local QVL Pharmacy is unable to fill your first-time prescription the same day it is received, we will offer you a twenty dollar ($20) gift card toward your next QVL purchase plus QVL Pharmacy will deliver your medication to you within forty-eight business hours, free of charge.
Applies to first time, new patients only. Limited to one prescription per person. Offer may not be combined with other offers. For prescriptions received by 3p, the same day period is the same business day. For prescriptions received after 3p, the same day period is up to twenty-four business hours after the prescription is received in the pharmacy. Prescriptions are considered filled once marked available for pick-up; patient must be available/present to collect prescription. Partial medication fulfillment with remaining fulfillment via free delivery is considered a filled prescription. Reimbursement subject to terms and completion of reimbursement request form (available at the pharmacy). Delivery “free of charge” includes the cost of 48-hour delivery and does not include the cost of medication. Reimbursement has no intrinsic cash value. Gift certificate issued will credit purchase amount of next visit up to and not to exceed twenty dollars. No cash back on gift certificate.
