QVL Senior Management
David L. Bryant | President & CEO
David brings twenty years of strategic consulting and operational experience to his role at QVL. Throughout his career, David has helped grow companies, from early-stage businesses to larger corporate initiatives, privatizations, and public offerings. His expertise includes driving double-digit growth with new ventures and turning around underperforming businesses.
Most recently, David was CEO, President of iVital, Inc., a retail company for outpatient weight loss surgery with integrated, patient-centered, performance-based aftercare. Prior to iVital, David held leadership roles with the American Institute of Gastric Banding, General Electric, Williams, Electrolux, Bain & Company, and the U.S. Coast Guard. David has been recognized with awards including GE’s Middle East & Africa Award for Growth, Frost & Sullivan’s Award for Growth Strategy. David holds an MBA from the University of Virginia and a BA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. He looks forward to guiding the QVL’s near-term business strategy while growing it as a leader and operational innovator in the pharmacy industry.

Manny M. Anzaldua | General Manager, Patient Services & eRx Technologies
Manny joined the QVL Leadership Team in November of 2008. Working in the customer service center environment for over 10 years, including 5 years in the area of e-prescribing, Manny brings a wealth of knowledge and relevant experience to QVL. His personal dedication to superior customer service sets QVL Patient Services apart. “I love the interaction with patients, doctor's offices, and the rest of the QVL Teams. Being able to treat others as I would like to be treated helps me give excellent customer service to all I work with.”
Scott M. Leach, CPA | Financial Controller, FP&A
Scott has over 15 years of experience in all aspects of finance, accounting and administration in both private and public companies. Prior to QVL, Scott’s professional experience includes owning/operating APL Construction Company (now, RMH Co.) and senior leadership roles with AmerisourceBergen including VP/CFO for AmerisourceBergen Specialty Group and VP/Regional Controller. In addition to his CPA, Scott earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington. More recently, Scott completed the accelerated management program at Southern Methodist University.
Anita J. Kaminski, MBA, SPHR | Vice President, Human Resources & Recruiting
Anita has more than fifteen years experience as an HR Executive & Recruiter developing and implementing human resource strategies and programs that translated into high touch, high performance organizations. Prior to QVL, Anita's professional experience includes Central Market (Division of HEB), Whole Foods, and Motorola. Anita also served in the United States Marine Corps. Anita earned her Masters in Business Administration from Webster University and BA in Human Resource Management from Columbia College.

Amy Stubblefield | Marketing, Visionary Marketing & Design
Amy brings over ten years of marketing experience to your team. Prior to forming Visionary Marketing & Design, Amy managed new product development for a large national building products manufacturer. She wrote business plans for new ventures and saw the projects through from concept to implementation. From marketing strategy and campaign conceptualization to design, Amy can and will go that extra mile to ensure her clients’ success. Strong background in market research and strategy implementation are Amy's signature qualities.
Sandy Steinberg | IT & Technology, Provali Group
With more than twenty years of experience, Sandy is a Manager in Provali's Strategy Management Organization. Sandy's strength is his ability to develop forward-thinking IT plans that meet business needs while creating a balanced IT model. Prior to Provali, Sandy led global IT implementation teams for Expedia.com and Hotels.com. Sandy understands how to strike a balance between the financial aspects of running a business and the technology requirements necessary for success – mission critical capabilities for developing practical pharmacy eRx solutions for patients and their physicians. Sandy earned a Bachelor of Science from George Mason University.
