Marjan came to the United States from Iran in January of 1985. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Texas College of Pharmacy in May, 1997, and is currently working toward her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Florida, Gainesville campus. She now lives in Austin with her two young sons Shervin and Sepehr. Marjan and her team look forward to exceeding the needs of patients in the friendly and diverse Austin community on a daily basis.

Originally from Vietnam, Bicky came to the United States in 1980 and currently lives in the DFW metroplex with her family. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Xavier University of Louisiana’s College of Pharmacy in 1997. Bicky brings more than 10 years of dedicated customer care and retail pharmacy experience with her. In recognition of her excellent customer service she was recently awarded the QVL President's Award for Excellence in Leadership and Service. Throughout her career, Bicky has given her time and expertise as a trained Immunization Administrator at community health fairs. Her dedication to customer service shows every day to her Dallas patients and physicians alike.

A native of New Orleans, LA, Jo Ann received her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Xavier University of Louisiana’s College of Pharmacy in 1986. She moved to Texas in 1995 and now resides with her husband and very athletic son in the DFW area. Her wide range of experience includes Nuclear Pharmacy, Pain Management, and Managed Care Pharmacy practice. Jo Ann has been a pharmacy preceptor and instructor for 15 years, assisting pharmacy students, supervising licensed interns, and certifying pharmacy technicians through training. She has been a valued QVL Pharmacy Team Leader since 2004 bringing her leadership skills and customer dedication to her Fort Worth patients.

A Longview, Texas native, Phil graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree with High Honors from the University of Texas College of Pharmacy in May 1969. After graduation, Phil returned to his hometown and became pharmacist for Skaggs Drug Center. For forty years, Phil has developed his career through operating, managing and even owning pharmacies in the East Texas area. In 2003, Phil became the Pharmacy Manager/PIC for Longview’s QVL Pharmacy. Phil and his team provide excellent customer service for their patients in the Longview/Marshall Texas area.

Terri earned her Pharmacy degree from the University of South Carolina Pharmacy School in 1991. A native of Chicago, IL, she now resides in North Dallas with her husband and two children. Terri brings a broad base of Pharmacy experience with her to QVL, having worked in the retail setting for both national chains and a neighborhood Pharmacy. Just prior to joining QVL in 2008, she served as Director of Pharmacy for the Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children. Terri is a consummate problem solver who always seeks the most effective way to fill the prescription needs of her North Texas patients.

Chuck is a native Dallasite who earned a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Texas A&M in 1975. After graduating from Pharmacy school at University of Texas–Austin in 1977, Chuck moved to the East Texas town of Tyler. Bringing 25 years of dedicated pharmacy experience with him, Chuck has been a valuable member of the QVL Tyler team for more than 5 years. Chuck’s top priority is patient care, and he is dedicated to providing superior service to all patients who visit QVL Pharmacy Tyler.
