Our Pharmacy Advisors are dedicated to providing up-to-date medication information to our physician partners and office staff. Practices that treat patients with specialty medication needs have a dedicated resource in their local-area Advisor to answer any questions they have.

Patient Services
QVL Patient Service Representatives who staff the RenewalExpress customer service center help ease the process of renewing medication prescriptions. By working with the physician’s practice directly for our Patients, we make the renewal process easier on both Patient and Physician, whether it’s a simple renewal approval or a change in medication to better fit the Patient’s needs.
Corporate Leadership
The QVL Leadership Team takes customer service seriously. From QVL’s headquarters in Dallas, TX, President & CEO David L. Bryant and VP of Pharmacy Operations Don Bowman each regularly respond to comments, suggestions, and questions from QVL Patients & Physicians. The unwavering support of the Leadership Team allows each local Pharmacy team reach QVL’s number one goal of giving Patients and Physicians control over their lives by relieving the pain of filling specialty medications.
